The (North) Korean Central News Agency (**Notice: you can't access the KCNA site if you are connecting from South Korea.**) - reported today that
A delegation of the DPRK Foreign Ministry headed by Vice-Minister Kim Yo'ng-il left here by air on Thursday to visit Asian countries.
Makes you wonder why the destination is sort of vague, doesn't it? Usually, the KCNA announces which countries the delegation goes to.
One would think China is probably on the list of stops. If I were a betting man, I would put Myanmar (Burma) on the list of stops as well, given the recent development of relationship between North Korea and Myanmar (Burma). Why do I think that? Because f I were the North Korean delegation, I would probably want to keep the fact that I am going to visit Myanmar (Burma) secret as well.
