Here's the summary of the clip: Clip shows Kim Jong-il appearing in April (according to the caption in Japanese in the right-hand corner of the video; however, the English voice-over says "July."). The clip then shows Kim Jong-il greeting the Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Pyongyang on 04 October. Manabu Sakuta, a doctor at the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center in Tokyo, is shown examining the two video clips and commenting on Kim Jong-il's health condition. The doctor says that Kim Jong-il is recovering from a stroke, and his paralysis has improved.
